Just lack of customer service really and it just always seems to be too busy so you have to wait and wait in line and most days or mornings we are in a hurry. Outside tends to be a bit dirty too and I don't like to go in a store where the employees are always on their cell phone and WON'T help you. It's even worse I. The store's, lack of employees means lack of service.
