To much traffic.

The gas pump only allowed me to pump .33 cents in gas. There was no signage on the pump to let consumers know that there was a problem with the pump. I was looking for an attendant button on the pump but did not see one. I did use another pump so all is well.

After arriving, I found that the gas station across street was the same price as at Murphy for the 1st time that I have seen it be higher. I have been going to this store for over 7 years, too. Once I finished pumping, I always get the receipt to compare to prior fill ups to ensure that I am not having issues with vehicle. For the last three fill ups, I have had to go into store to get receipts, usually with long, 4-6 people, lines, which takes 4-6 minutes since many people are purchasing multiple lottery tickets, along with other items. It just is frustrating, especially with the newer station across street being less costly and much more accessible.

key pad broken/AC unit in store dripping water into buckets, floor soaking wet/gas pump didn't work, had to go back into store and get the attendant to come outside to the pump to fix it/I purchase gas here quite often and I'm sure I will go back but that $100.00 would sure go a long way towards encouraging me.

already did mentioned dirty filthy place inside and out never prints a receipt so I have to go into the store which is filthy and wait in line! Not the way a gas station is supposed to operate or look

the card reader was not working. as well as the touch pad. when i brought it to the cashiers attention she said they knew and apologized but the pump should have been tagged with a note informing costumers of the problem.

I pulled up to pump number 5 and when I got out to pay at the pump I noticed the card sliding mechanism was broken or defaced so I figured it would not work. So I presses the pay attendant button and no one came out, so I went into the store to prepay on pump 5 inside. The young lady told me that her computer was telling her that I removed the nozzle and tried to pump gas which I didn't. So she told me that I had to lose my place in line go back outside press cancel on pump 5 then get back in line. That was nonsense and unacceptable.
