Not very clean and rough area

I used my Walmart credit card and have not gotten a discount for the last several visits,although it does show a discount price on pump when I first put the card in. There is a sign that says , get a 3 cent discount when you use your Walmart card. What's going on?

Your prices went up too fast. At least I could find no reason to justify the fast increase. I also like to see my discount on the receipt. I have seen an offer of a ten cent discount, but I don't know how to obtain it.

I had to wait about 10minutes to pump gas because a lot of cars were pumping gas.

price on pump was $2.19 the building was $2.08 plus I have a discount card So price should have been $2.24 at least . So customers were paying higher price today
