Charged 1.00 extra that was not explained that didn't show up on receipt for usage of a credit card.

People drive in however they want to because the lines on the pavement are faded to the point of non existence. Also, the pump does not have a rotating joint between the hose and the pump handle, making it difficult to turn the pump handle around to face the vehicle.

It took as much time to pump the last 30 cents of fuel, as it did to pump the first $27.70 worth; the feature for "don't give the customer a thousandth-of-a-gallon more than absolutely necessary to make the dollar amount match what they paid" kicked in much, much too early. Given that the fuel pumps are able to control fuel delivery to 1/1000 of a gallon, when a fixed dollar amount of fuel is purchased, there's no logical reason to inhibit the fuel flow earlier than a nickel or dime before the target purchase amount (except maybe "aversion therapy" so that consumers will change their purchase habits, and thereby purchase just a few more cents per fill-up). And, really, since the standard industry practice is to charge nearly a penny more per gallon than the price most consumers cognitively notice on the sign, what harm is there to Murphy's profits if 1 out of a hundred customers obtain an extra 4 thousandths of a gallon of fuel? What's that work out to per day Nationwide; four gallons or so? Probably not worth losing even a hand full of customers who are unhappy about unnecessarily having to stand out in the cold while a quarter's-worth of fuel very slowly dribbles out of the pump.
