I was satisfied I'm not hard to please. And I'm very understanding, I also understand there was a line so maybe she forgot to greet. And welcome back which is okay! She was working hard.

the station if just too hard to get into and out of. the lanes are small and its a frigging mess.

Felt as though the attendant was not as customer service friendly as needed. Personally, I thought she was merely going through the motions of her job and felt burdened by my visit as she was in the middle of doing something and had to come in from outside. She offered me candy and upon leaving did say thank you but it did not feel sincere and I was not asked back.

The TV screens they've installed at the pump are the most obnoxious things I've ever encountered. They're loud, annoying and aggravating. I'd like 5 minutes of peace when I'm pumping my gas!

Why do they scan IDs? Where does this information go and what information is taken?? There is no information given about why this is done or used for. I asked why they scanned and she said to make sure you are overage. She looked at my age on the ID and then still scanned it. I am clearly old enough to be buying tobacco or alcoholic products, so why scan it? This is the only place I have ever been to that scans IDs. Please let me and other patrons know what this info is used for. Thank you.
