Murphy USA

The Murphy Gas station in Belmont NC is outdated and the parking lot needs to be expanded. I visit Murphy gas stations all over North Carolina and this is the worst. A year ago another customer hit my truck at the gas pump while I was pumping gas because the parking lot is so small.

It was a very busy time and there were a lot of people having individual issues, mainly with trying to pay at the pump but having to come inside to pay or reset pump. All totally understandable. The attendant handled all of it very quickly, courteously and professionally.

No such thing as fully satisfied or excellent.

I love the Murphy store I can always get in and out.

I had to wait for about two minutes for the attendant to come back into the inside area in order to run my card for payment. It would have been nice if they were already inside behind the counter.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Murphy's. I'm always treated well when I shop with Murphy's.

would love for this to be a full size store. always full of customers and parking lot is hard to get out of sometimes because of the sign showing gas prices. its hard to see over that sign to see if any cars coming or not. other than that never really had any problems with the store. other than sometimes they are out of my brand of cigaretts
