price of gas generally too high in this area relative to current market price of oil and gas prices in other locations, like South Carolina, Tennessee, etc...we should all be under $2/ gallon by now like those other areas...nothing directly related to service at this specific location

The gas could be cheaper. Also you need more pumps.
