Several of the card readers are out of order. They are not labeled as out of order. The attendants confirmed that several of the readers have been out of order. The ones that are out of order are not labeled as such. Other customers left in disgust while I was there. It seems obvious that the reader malfunctions are a potential revenue loss as well as an inconvenience to customers since the message on screen continues to repeat itself by telling the customer to scan their card and finishing by saying the card is invalid. I am sure that maintenance is difficult to accomplish but a week or two could be loosing quite a tidy sum in sales.
