I don't get gas and observe a lot of things. It is kind of rudimentary because you have to have it. When something catches your eye or someone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome those are the things you remember.

Because I feel that it's always room for improvement

Highly means that someone went above and beyond the call of duty and this was just an average visit.

Friendly service

It is written on the pump that you will pay less than the price on the pump if you use a Walmart credit card. I have use a Walmart credit card often and I never get the gas for a cheaper price.

I was on my way to work and it was really early in the morning, so there was no attendant on duty. I went to one pump and slid my card. I removed the nozzle and chose the grade, but no gas came. I kept trying and trying, but all I got was a receipt that said I pumped $0 worth of gas. I went to the next pump with no problem. Not a huge deal, but it did waste some time.

A usual drink that I purchase on the regular was priced at 1.69 and I pay 1.09 everywhere else that I purchase the same drink

malfunction with the credit card reader for the past 2 months

The gas pump was not able to accept my card. There others who also experienced the same problem during my visit.

Every time I use this facility I am unable to pay at the pump.
