I purchased the fuel additive for 4.99. When I entered my debt card a question appeared on the screen and was only on the screen for less than three seconds. I tried to read it and it disappeared before I could even start to read it. When I was done filling my tank and received my receipt I noticed a charge for 14.99. I went to the window and tried to explain to the attendant that there was a 14.99 charge for the additech when I only wanted the 4.99. She rudely told me that I had a choice on the screen to get the extra additive for suv's. I explained that something came on the screen but was only on the screen for 2-3 seconds and I did not get a chance to read it. I explained that I only wanted the 4.99 not the 14.99 additive. I a rude voice she said it was in the tank and there was nothing that could be done. I said ok and if there was anyone else I could to talk to,before I could say anything about the pump problem she aggressively snatched the receipt out of my hand and told me to fill out a piece of paper with my name and phone number and explain why she was giving me a $10 refund. I appreciate the refund but not how she threw me the money and smart remark.
