I absolutely love the employees. They are ALWAYS so friendly. There are 13 places I can go buy my gas and cigarettes, but choose this store because of the employees. I adore JoAnn!

The customer service I received today was excellent. The lady made my day! She was very nice and polite. I am confident she performed her job over the expectations expected of her. She offered your promotions just the way it should be done. Then simply ask me if I would go online and take a survey of my visit for a chance to win $100 in gas. I was very impressed with my visit.
