I get more disappointed every time I come here. This store used to be one of the best. Today the attendant wouldn’t authorize my pump so I had to move. Hi stood there for several minutes before moving. I went to another dispenser waited another full minute. Asked attendant why he said the screen broke. And I said why isn’t it bagged off and he shrugged. This is not the first time I have seen the crew here have such a horrible attitude. He not only gives the impression that he doesn’t care but he has proved it by the way he treats customers. It never used to be like this the lady manager used to care about the trash and the bathrooms and the windshield fluid and towels being full these guys just could care less.

The attendant inside was rude and disrespectful not helpful and really just poor very very poor customer service. I am here out of town on business I'm about 3 hours away and she was the rudest person I think I've ever had to deal with in my life. I can tell you from a business standpoint I would not have somebody like that working for me

I pumped gas on pump 9 and the pumps auto stop didn't work. As gas was rushing all over the side of my car I grabbed the handle to make the pump shut off since it didn't do so on its own and when I grabbed the handle gas went all over me (from my neck down to my shoes). I went into the office to let the attendants know and one of them said I smell gas. I said yes it's all over me. I said pump 9 needs to be shut off or something put over the handle because the shut off mechanism isn't working. One of the two girls goes well there's nothing we can do besides say we are sorry (which neither of them said). I then went to Walmart to purchase a tshirt so that I could take my gas soaked sweater off as I was on my way to a lunch meeting. I washed my hands and arms off inside the Walmart bathroom and put my new tshirt on and went back to the gas station to see if they had put something over the pump I was at. The pump was still available for use so I took pictures and I will attach them to this survey if possible. My entire outfit (bra, sweater, jeans, socks and leather flats) has been ruined from this situation. I will never go back to this gas station!
