The certain type of cigarette I purchase is always hidden behind a sign. This product usually, 80% of the time is $1 off 2 packs. The past 6 visits, b/c I kept up with it, they have not had this promotion. No, they say they don't but you can't see that pack of cigs. So I really believe they hold out on those packs/cartons for certain customers or people they know. This has been a whole new crew for a while & everytime I ask is that type aviaiable with promotion, the answer has been our truck hasn't come which leads me to believe they get these cigarettes with the coupons. Just find it weird I haven't been able to purchase them since these new people are working. I come once or more a week for other things too so it's just not cigs. My att brant was professional but the other in there I always find to just be staring at you with no expression no smile no customer service. If you are going to stand that close to the window you can at least be a little personable. I'm a regular & have had the best customer service here & written about how great but lately it's just a lack of not knowing your customers anymore. Very sad!

I wanted to fill up my tank the pump kept cutting off it was to cold to move to another however I will return to this location

The problem was actually the last two visits prior to this one. Each time I requested a receipt after fill up. Each of those two times though, I did NOT get a receipt. Apparently they were out of paper. (Two different pumps, two different weeks)

I buy 3 tanks a week at the Reidsville location..Yesterday my 2 yr. old grandson was a sleep in my car..i got gas..no receipt...i called..called...called..no answer--looked up into window..she was drinking her drink..and eating...then waited on a customer..she looked at me took another drink..never once did she ask what problem i was having..I had to ask a guy buying gas as he was walking up to pay to ask for my receipt...she never answered the buzz..it was working I heard it..i was parked pump 10 beside office window..I travel with my job..I buy a lot of gas...but not in my hometown...

I used my wal-mart /master card,as issued by Wal-mart,i did not get the 5 cents discount,if this is your new policy, i will shop at sunoco stations in the future Roger L Haney
