The car wash that I purchased with fuel was the Good Wash. It was terrible. I have bird mess all over my hood, the back glass, tires, hatch are dirty. I was leery about going to this car wash as I have had this problem years ago but the last purchase it was good. This one is terrible and I will more than likely not use the car wash again verrrryyy disappointed spending any hard earned money and the results were bad

The attendant did not know how to operate the lottery machine. I bought 5 quick picks of the Texas lotto and 5 quick picks of the Mega Millions. The attendant printed off the tickets one at a time making the wait longer with people stacking up behind me. Instead of having two tickets with five plays, I had to settle for 10 tickets with one play each. Now I have 10 tickets to keep up with instead of two. I would have gladly purchased my tickets elsewhere if I knew she did not know how to operate the machine. Seems like training is in need before an attendant works alone and not familiar with the equipment.

murphy no longer no longer gave me nickel discount for using Walmart credit card

We use the Wal Mart Card for all gas purchases because of the .05 cent discount. It makes a difference when you are on a fixed income and we can make gas purchases anywhere we travel, but if we do not get the .05 cents, we have a better discount with other cards. We did not know there was no discount until we filled and retrieved the receipt. Not only did we pay the price posted on billboard sign, but the receipt indicated we could save 2 percent by using the Walmart card. Probably will not be using the Walmart card in the future as we will shop where we have stock and receive better pricing. Hoping to win the $100..

Because the attendant would not except my paper ID to purchase ciggerettes. There was no reason for her not to accept my valid temperary paper idenentification card which is issued for everyone's new or renewal and valid for a very short 6 weeks just enough time to receive the plastic card in the mail.

I would have purchased cigarettes but they seem to be out of them too often lately. Hopefully someone is recording how many times a customer walks away without purchasing anything because it is not available.

When I walked into the store I could tell that the cashier was not very personable by the way she was dealing with the customers before me. The parking lot was filthy. I was not greeted nor unsold. The cashier didn’t seem to like the fact that she was there at work. I understand that people have bad days, but when at work, you should leave your troubles behind and focus on what needs to be done. That’s what you are paid for after all.
