The reason why I was not Highly Satisfied is because there are times when the machine does not print me a receipt when I pay with a credit card at the pump.

After paying for my gas I found out that I could get Pepsi products and save $0.10 per gallon. I had already planed on buy 2 Pepsi 20oz drinks, but once I saw this promotion AFTER I had made my purchase I refused to make this purchase from you. I suggest you put these kinds of promotions at the pump so ALL of your customers can see them and plan their purchases accordingly.

It wasn't the institution it was more the fact that I had to wait for others in line but it was expected.
