I've seen gas stations in worse conditions, although the attendant was friendly. The value was definitely fair compared to other locations, although the appearance was a little dirty on the outside which is kind of expected. If at all possible, realistically speaking perhaps they should invest in a pressure washer and clean the place up once a month or so to give it that nice appearance.
