We have 3 cars and get gas at this location & Never had a problem. Used the nozzle manually and it didn't click off when full; the gas came pouring out, onto my brand new car, onto the pavement, and I immediately stopped pumping. Told clerk and she didn't care, gave me some napkins, told me to tell technician who was working on the pumps. He said he'd look at it. No one cared that gas had spilled out and the nozzle/pump wasn't working correctly? Called later and told Mgr Flora and she didn't care either. Said nothing wrong and no one reported a problem; employees didn't tell her there was a problem. She sarcastically told me to return and she would refund my purchase, but anything else would need to be reported to your website. My new car smells like gas now for several hours and we tried to wash it off but still heavy smell.

Pump 1 did not read card. Asked attendant to reset pump as it had failed two others before me. She said my card was no good. I said I just used it at Wal-Mart. She immediately replied, "This is not Wal-Mart." I said I knew that but that the pump needed to be reset. She walked to another register and brought a printout showing invalid card. I repeated to reset pump and she said I could pay using the card inside but only a specific amount. I said I wanted to fill up the tank and did not know the amount. She ignored me. I went back to the pump and tried again and it failed again. I moved in line at another pump, the one shown on the receipt using this survey code and waited, then used the same credit card to successfully fill my tank. I am very upset because when I went in to ask the attendant to reset the pump, there were only two and no customers, and the attendants were busy taking personal information and not focusing on the events outside. She should have complied with my request to reset the pump. Her denial cost me an extra fifteen to twenty minutes and her attitude is not customer oriented.

I very satisfied with my visit the lady greeted me and also gave me a nice comment about my glasses so I enjoyed walking in and talking with her. I wasn't dissatisfied with anything expect that gas prices are so high right now but what can you do.

pumps inoperative... the pumps were not accepting any type of credit.debit or gift cards had to wait in lint to give card to cashier. only one where there should have been two... former WM Intl travel dept person from corporate
