I have the orange colored Walmart MasterCard. At all other Murphy USA locations, I receive an additional .05 cents off per gallon. I did not receive that at this location. I only bought 6 gallons of gas, but I was topping my tank off since I live 35 miles away. They advertise the advantage of having this particular credit card at other locations, but I did not see it advertised there. Shouldn't they all be the same?

The credit card readers were down for at least half the day. I visited twice that day to make purchases for different vehicles.

I am unhappy with the new Sam's MasterCard and the fact that they will not work at Murphy pumps many times. I!ve had trouble at this location before. I want to pay at the pump with credit and it will not work and I have to make two trips inside to pay for the gas. I never had any trouble with the Discover Card.. A number of times ?I've had to stand in line to give my card to the attendant and then again after I've pumped. There's many other things I don't like about the card.

I pressed on the regular gas and it pumped out the highest grade gas. I didn't notice until it was done. WHen I went in to complain they said they couldn't do anything but give me the email to address the issue. I was charged 2.53 per gallon instead of 1.98 per gallon. I don't think it's right and I'm seeking a refund. The woman said it must have been the hose that pressed the higher grade fuel. I think that's ridiculous. I'd like someone to call me to seek reimbursement. Mia Tannous 512-264-5546 mftannous@yahoo.com
