USED wallmart credit card today for gas, did not receive the 5 cent discount as stated at the station on each gal.

I asked for a lottery ticket from machine, did not get one because of draw break. I asked for a different one. He said NO tickets can be sold during the draw break. I told him my understanding is that only the game in progress is effected not the other ones. He said that is the way it has always been. I told him not to my knowledge. His response "I have been here for 20 years, so I know how it works". His is wrong on both counts; You can purchase a ticket for a game not in play, this location has not been in business for more than 9 years tops. I delivered materials when this Walmart was going up.
