convenient stop on my way home, cashier needs to focus on customers more than her cell phone, gutters would be nice when it's raining I ALWAYS end up getting wet walking from the pump to the cashier

Well I bought gas and I gave the male cashier 30$ and I only put ten in the pump stopped at ten I asked him for my money he slides me a receipt paper telling me to call customer service I need my money back or I'ma tell everyone my experience on my personal page I have a lot of fans

The last three times I have fueled at this station, I had to wait in line to get a receipt for my purchase. Whichever pump I used, there was never paper in it for me to have a receipt at the pump. Glad I don't go there in a hurry!

wanted murphy-aide (Gatorade ) but the cooler was broken and they were hot... 3rd day in a row I've stopped and it's STILL broken

After hours thought we would be able to pay with card still but wouldn't work

I went to the attendant and she was very rude when I asked for something to clean my windshield. There was no washer fluid in any of the windshield washer bays. When I asked about it she said very rudely that they wouldn't put any in because it freezes at night. It is currently 44 degrees and is not forcasted to be below freezing for a week. I was not born at night and I know that the temp has to be - 20 degrees even if you diluted it with water. The attendant was very rude and basicaly called me an idiot because I wanted to clean the dirt off of my windshield.

I tried to buy cigarettes using my credit card. The credit card reader didn't work and the attendant said she had to run my card inside. I don't know what she did but my credit card company (USAA) locked my CC account and I couldn't but the cigarettes. I had to call USAA to get my CC activated again. This has happened twice at this station. There is something fishy going on there.

sodas marked as 2 for $3.00 but was charged full price. Brought it to the attendant's attention and was told there's nothing she could do because she was not a manager. Highly disappointed with Murphy USA at this point.

I asked for a carton of Winston Light 100s. The attendant informed me that he was completely out of Winston Light 100s. That would be understandable except that it has happened at least twice before at this location. The two previous times I simply went to an alternate purveyor to purchase my product. On this occasion, because I was constrained by time factors, I purchased a carton of Doral Light 100s instead, which irritated me to no end because that product is approximately $7 more expensive. One might have thought the attendant would have offered the Doral carton to me at the Winston price, but I suppose that would have been too customer-friendly. ANYWAY, I've learned my lesson. I simply cannot waste my time by patronizing this modest establishment again.

Wasn't as nice as I would be if I was working there . Over achiever is needed at pumpstations always so many people have complaints and very little reason for it. I'm one of them ..but at least with the energy that these kids now days they really should meet and exceed expectations of traveling enthusiasts ..thank you
