I don't believe in over rating a business because we should always try to be better at what we do. I always like Murphy and I always go to this station.

My experience has got to be pretty amazing to receive a Highly Satisfied. The price of the fuel was acceptable because it was lower than most other stations i pass. The appearance of the attendant got a Highly Satisfied because she looked very professional,clean and attractive. This location is most generally a high traffic station so sometimes lines are to be expected. It only becomes a problem when its during high volume times and there's only one attendant on duty to serve fifty people an hour. I work in retail management and i know how being understaffed feels to hourly employees. Overall a good locale.

The pump that I was using had a really badly scratched spot in the middle of the screen making it very hard to read the questions and selections on the pump (credit card or debit, would you like a receipt, select your fuel grade, begin pumping). Other than that I was happy with my fueling experience.

*Usually the pumps are all being used and I have to go somewhere else. This time I was able to go here. It’s in a very busy area but it’s conveniently close to where I live so I try. *Most of the time when I’m at this location there is someone waiting behind me to use the pump so I kind of rush. *One gas pump in particular is usually out of order or just has a cone blocking it so it can’t be used. I think this may have something to do with why there’s always people having to wait.

Had to wait on attendant to finish conversation with other attendant while she was counting down the register. Also, very often I have to remind the attendants about the specials going on or they won't give them.

No real reason, except that gas prices keep going up.
