had to drive around several times before a pump was available. your prices are no better than other stations (Pilot).

The car wash attendants were horrible and the car wash was not spotty and did not completely dry well. Overall bad service

I was not satisfied with my experience on this visit because the attendant was not attentive. Although there was no one in line in front of me, she did not greet me. Rather, she waited until I greeted her to even acknowledge me. When I said, hello and I'd like $8.00 on pump #16, she barely registered that I had even spoken to her. Her level of customer service is non-existent. I did not see her name badge, but the name on my receipt shows Tiffany Marie. This visit was on 08/19/2015 at 10:11:24am; Tran# 7128-20150819-2-1-165. This is not the first time this location has had staff who appeared uninterested in their customers. Overall, in the past 10 years, to fair, this location has been at 90% in my book for the service provided. The 10% need to be re-trained or terminated. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
