Highly satisfied should not be a option. If I won a free fillup, then I would be highly satisfied. If I am satisfied, you did just fine

I really dislike being asked if I want a car wash, takes time and effort. plus fuel prices change sometimes by the hour when they are going up...

It has to do with the things in life no one wants to do or pa for. As a retail experience that's as close to "highly satisfied" as I can get.
