I was satisfied so idk why it said not highly satisfied

Mostly location. It's easy getting out of the Murphy parking lot, but not easy getting back out onto the road at the 4 way stop with Walmart traffic.

The diesel pumps are next to gas pumps and because there is only 2 of them the diesel is often blocked by people getting gas.

Just a busy evening

It is generally very congested. Only has 2 diesel pumps and they are combined with gas pumps. Often people are blocking the diesel pumps getting gas because they are the most accessible pumps, requiring those needing diesel to wait and potentially block access for others to the front section of pumps.
