Nice place Odd layout

Very nice resort to visit anytime of the year.

Really nice place to stay. Had very cool atmosphere and clean rooms.

With it being a resort, they should offer on-site guest laundry facilities so guest can wash their own clothes during their stay. Especially since many are using the fitness facilities & gave sweaty & smelly gym clothes.

The rooms need refrigerator/freezer combo in rooms. They should offer on-site laundry room for guests to use - especially since this a resort hotel & guests would need to wash/dry clothes

Atmosphere is great, but couldn't sleep well

At least 2 elevators of the 4 have been broken every time we have stayed at this hotel (4 different times), the A/C in the main hotel, restaurant & rooms barely works, & the ceiling in the indoor pool looks all over!!!

While staying here we had the following problems: - Got stuck in the elevator - Elevators were out of order, so we had to use stairs - The pool slide wasn't working - no water running down it yo use it - A/C stopped working & room became very hot & stuffy - the tv channels were not all available & we had limited channels. - Used the gym daily & the ellipticals all were not working correctly (skipping & sticking petals & tv monitors with lines going through them) We are rewards members & we didn't get anything for all our inconveniences. Very disappointed. Thought we would have gotten free guest meals for our family for dinner or points. Very disappointed.
