"Highly Satisfied" means I was "WOWed" which I was not. It was just a typical visit to a self service gas station with no interaction with any employee.

Service stations just aren't really very clean because people are trashy. You can't constantly pick up after them so there is always trash around.

The customers, in front of you, will stand around & talk to everyone at the other pumps & then decide to pump their gas. They are in no hurry at all!
