On Monday, told attendant no paper towels to wash windshield, no paper in pump for receipt. Clean water in container, but no towels. Next day same, now Wed same thing, told attendant on Tues said take care of it. Need wiND shield washed, still no paper towels!!#

Did not have popular cigarette in stock. Marlboro 72 gold. Attendant rude with multiple piercings and unkept appearence. Seemed uncaring and did not mind if i brought my business back. Shopped here all the time but will not be back. Will go to the local cigarette shop.

Your cashier is rude and not friendly at all! I have been running across this quite a bite here l lately at this murphys ! Need to hire friendly people!

I purchased a gift card to use at the pump and was unable to use my card. When I went to the window the worker would not use my Walmart card and I was unable to get the discount

I am a very loyal Murphy USA customer I try to always get my fuel and cigarettes at a Murphy and I must say I normally always have a good experience at every other location Except this one. It seems each time I fuel at this station I Always have a problem either they dont have my cigarettes in stock or they Stop my pump when I try to pump 1st then pay or the employees are just right out rude! And yet again today at this location in Tyler, Tx on Hwy 64 I had a very unpleasant visit. 1st I needed paper towels to check my oil and there were none in any trash can on the side of the station i was fueling on then when I attempted to pay at the pump with a Roll back Code I had the keypad was Not working so I had to go to the window to pay after I fueled up and then the cashier Tasha Renee told me I could NOT use the Roll back code because I had already pumped even tho I had not paid yet and I have done so at other Murphy USA locations so I knew I could. I am sorry to rant about these small things but I spend a lot of money with this company each month. I will not return to this location but I will continue to be a loyal Murphy USA customer at the other locations.
