The pump went up to 33 cents before I even squeezed it to begin fueling.

I did not receive a fuel discount for using my Wal Mart credit card, so i just purchased $100 of fuel and went elsewhere.

Receipt did not show how many gallons were purchased. I would have told attendant, but someone was waiting behind me, and it was near 100 degrees. (I used the website information from a previous receipt for this survey, since the receipt on 6/24/2016 also did not display a survey code # or website address. Location was Murphy USA 7068 at 17:14 on 6-24-16.)

The clerk apparently did not want to be there and was very slow.

Often patrons leave their vehicles unattended at the pumps after fueling; there is only one attendant in a booth who handles purchase transactions; no one patrols the pump area when busy advising patrons to move their vehicles away from the pump area after fueling. Consequently, when busy those patrons needing fuel are forced to wait for those unconscious and inconsiderate people to return to their vehicles after making food, beverage, lotto purchases or using the bathroom. Those patrons who are waiting can sometimes move to another pump but not in all instances. On this occasion, I had to wait over 10 minutes for some woman who fueled up and left her vehicle parked at the pump even though she noticed that I was parked behind her waiting for the pump to become available. I suggest that signs be installed instructing patrons to move their vehicle after fueling. In addition, I suggest that at the busiest times of day attendants patrol the pump area to make sure that those pumps that should be available are. Perhaps, a sign posted in front of the cashier's booth would be helpful as well. COSTCO pump stations have service attendants that keep cars moving and their pumps available.

Every pump fee security sticker had void displayed across it. I moved my car from pump to pump before deciding to get out and go inside versus driving to another gas station. Had I had enough fuel I would have. When I told the attendant why I was paying inside. My statement was not even acknowledged.

The ad tech add station is distracting, and slows you down as you have to listen to it. I just want gas. Not a lecture
