I came to buy gas. After fueling I realized I had rolled through glass. I have a 2015 Buick Encore with new tires. Traces of glass were everywhere on pump 10. I told an attendant who was taking inventory (an older gentleman with an accent)..he stated he was busy so tell someone else. Then I told the cashier (an younger African American girl). She just glared at me in a dumbfounded look. I sat for 10 minutes to observe if anyone came to sweep it but no one did. This was the MOST HORRIBLE display of customer service I have ever seen. I shop Murphys for gas 4 times a month. I will not be back!

Almost every time I go to this location for gas, the receipt doesn't print. That makes me have to go stand in the line. If I had wanted to stand in line, I would pay for my gas at the cashiers window. Sometimes, the pumps have readers that don't work. This was the case tonight as well, forcing some of us to wait in the lines for a longer time. I asked the attendant why the receipts don't print most of the time. She ignored my question, gave me my receipt and told me to have a nice day. Her attitude was nasty, and her customer service skills were non existent. While the price there is excellent, I would rather not go there if I have to put up with non working equipment and poor customer service.
