Cashiers are not friendly. They only speak if spoken to. They never greet you first. Sorry customer service. They need training. Gladlyn Letric was the cashier today. Happy Holidays!

Seemingly, the attendant had an issue with a customer before me which he was not happy about. He appeared frustrated, therefore, was not friendly nor courteous when I made my purchase. This is my assessment, however, this may not be the reason he was not courteous or nice.

Don't go in the rain! You'll get seriously wet. Not only will it rain on you as you walk from the driver's seat to the pump, you'll also discover it's impossible to walk to the cashier without getting wet. If it's a blowing rain, you'll just be soaked all over the whole time. They need to completely redesign all of this. It's not worth the hassle to save a little on fuel.

The gas pump was very slow, and it held up the line!

When I mention to the clerk why are the pumps not printing receipts he responded that the pump had paper in it and customers snatch it out and it jams and it is to cold outside for them to go out and keep fixing the printers on the pumps. which was very customer unfriendly!

There were @ least 3 men guys hanging around the pumps, asking customers about their purchases. Not a good look ...

There have been numerous occasions where I had to go and get receipts. It is a waste of my valuable time. Paying at the pump is convenience. Having to get a receipt from the cashier is an INCONVENIENCE and it is TIME CONSUMING!!! HIRE ME TO FILL THOSE THOSE RECEIPTS MACHINES. FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME. REGARDS...
