you cannot even see the clerk through the window or hear them. I understand the need for safety but there should be a way to communicate. The counter is very junky where you pay.

The attendant DID NOT SPEAK TO ME! This attendant did not say hello, anything else, thank me or invite me back. NOT ONE WIRD!
