The attendant, Christopher A, made me feel welcome, thanked me and wished me a good day. Not what you usually get at a filling station.

I generally purchase gas or lottery tickets, so it very unlikely that I am going to be highly satisfied with minute purchases.

General cleanliness is not quite up to the standards of other Murphy locations I have visited.

The tenant was more interested in looking out the window and on her phone then what was going on in the store. She seemed very eager to get me out of the store and was impatient.

What does Highly Satisfied mean? I got my gas at a good price, at a fairly convenient location; I was Satisfied!

The attendant was readily available, alert and friendly. Held conversation without being pushy and/or nosy; knowledgable on items in the store. The overall appearance was clean & easy to navigate.
