Customers at pumps were socializing too long while other customers were waiting to use pumps.

No particular reason. I personally hesitate giving highest possible rating during surveys.circumstances which the proprietor has no control over, such as other customers, rain, might prevent perfect.

well it was buzy and i had to waite on a pump..but thats just the nature of how things work..murphy gas station is way across town from where i live..but honestly i waite to buy my gas from there bc ive always gotten good quality gasoline..never have i had any waterdown gas...to advoid any bad gas i get my gas from murphys every fill up...hand on the bible
