I wanted to get the fuel discount but they had NO Dr. Pepper or Diet Dr. Pepper.

Used my coupon for a free dr pepper.

The pumps only pumped out .17 in gas

First, the Coke products are 3 for $4.50 or $1.50 each. Second, when you do that you get a 10 cent per gallon discount. After I got to the pump, I realized I was charged the regular price for the drinks ($1.79) and there was no code to enter for the 10 cent discount. I was hot, tired & just wanted get the gas & go home. There should an easier way to get a fuel discount, other than getting a credit card I don't need.

We bought a carton of pall mall the attendant was told that he could only take coupons on a carton not pks....meaning we had a 1.50 off of a pack and was told we could not use it. We purchased a carton of pall mall; therefore the pack coupon should have been taken. The guy is new and I know this because we come there all the time; however if this continues we will start going somewhere else. He was very nice and was doing what he was told to do, but this is a stupid rule. I have used coupons on other brands at other stores (like camel, marlboro and so on) if it is a name brand the stores other than this one always takes them because they say no matter what they will get their money back. THIS RULE SHOULD BE CHANGED DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!!! EMPLOYEE SHOULD NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A DUMB RULE MADE UP BY THE HOME OFFICE. As stated above we will take our 50 dollar purchase somewhere else where they don't have this DUMB RULE!

The pump hose ruptured while fueling. It sprayed my left leg from the knee down, damaging my clothes. I was on the way to an outing with my wife for her birthday. I had to go into the store and purchase new clothes to avoid forfeiting tickets ($81.00) to a play in Atlanta. The attendant gave me $1.00 for the gas which spilled at high pressure on me and the pavement until I was able to stop the pump. That may or may not be the value of the gasoline spilled, but I had to pay $42.66 for slacks, socks, and a new pair of shoes. Additionally, we were late to the play and missed part of it. At the very least I want to be reimbursed for the clothes I had to replace. Receipts are available as needed. This was clearly a maintenance problem on the part of the fueling station.

The workers aleast can say can I help u but they don't say anything and look at u mean

This store has 12 nozzle points, only 2 have diesel. And after waiting for 15 mins on gas purchasers at the only 2 diesel ports, swipe my card, select diesel, only to find out the nozzle doesn't work. It looks like a brand new nozzle.
