Murphy USA

Thr outside area around the station needs attention. Parking lot and area isn't clean like most of the Murphy Stations

The attendants at this Murphy are usually super friendly and attentive. This night, she may have had an "off" day. She was by no means rude, just seemed distracted. It will not deter my visiting this location in the future.

The card scanner would only let you purchase 50.00 worth of stuff. I wanted a carton of cigarettes.

I went to buy a carton of cigarettes as I normally do about every 8-10 days and Murphy's was out and only had 2 packs available. I had a coupon for the carton that I was going to buy and then when had to buy 2 packs the price of each pack was more than if you buy a carton. I have been going to this Murphy's for over 5 years now and they had never been out before.

I also made a cash purchase for lotto tickets and the attendant printed the wrong ones but insisted they were the ones I asked for. I showed her the ticket which had the name of lotto game printed on it and she was upset with me for being insistent that it was wrong. I told her I would keep the wrong ticket but also still wanted the correct game I initially requested. I could tell she was upset by the way she snatched the money out of my hand.

The pump would not pump the fuel, I tried 3 times. Went to another pump, same thing. Then my card would not work, I guess I used it toooo many times. So I had to see the attendant , long line, had to wait. He said he had to reset something. Then I pumped the fuel, and had to go back to the attendant to pay for purchase.

It was a mad House and the pumps were slow

Rhonda the manager was very rude and seemed very irritated with my presents as if I were interrupting her morning schedule of power washing the parking lot and throwing the sprayer as she seen me pull up. When at the window she asked "What do you want" and was sharp in answering my request. I bought a carton of cigarettes as I do every week and she only had a promotional carton to sell and refused my $3.00 off coupon in stating that she couldn't accept it on the promotional carton. I will seek doing business elsewhere if she is attending the window upon my next visit. Thank You Mike Lumpkin.

When I came to the window she were standing under a tree smoking and talking to a man she told me wait a minute while she smoke and talk and I told her come on I don't have all day the cashier name is (Jessica Zoe)! Think that was very unstable wrong

I paid with my Wal-Mart MasterCard and did NOT receive the stated discount. On the old Discover card, I received 10 cents a gallon discount. I have been receiving 5 cents per gallon discount with the Mastercard. Today, I received no discount per gallon. I could have gone across the street and paid the 5 cents less without a discount.
