Car wash is untidy.

While at the facility, I purchased a car wash at the pump using my credit card. When I went to the car wash and entered the code, I had to pay additional for the car wash. The credit card I used to 5 minutes earlier to purchase the gas and car wash was rejected at the car wash, so I had to dig out cash to get the car wash I thought I had purchased at the pump. This is misleading and I will not use the car wash again. I am very disappointed in the car wash experience.
