I think everyone, even companies could make improvements or evolve with change so it is not fair for me to rate at highly satisfied. I do believe the staff works towards making the customers experience a positive one at this location "very satisfied"

Highly satisfied is quite a tall order to meet. Could have been a bit higher rating if both sides of the first pump island weren't blocked off with traffic cones.

I have a Murphy Gas card and been using it for years. The price is great and I have enjoyed the experience of seeing a $0.15/gallon at the pump except for this visit. I managed to stop twice at this station in Pell City, AL, once going to Birmingham and once coming home to Charlotte, NC. The pump said I had a reduced price per gallon, but it didn't show on the receipt? When I asked the attendant she said it would show up on my monthly statement? Will this happen?
