The restroom was so messy and dirty.

The dirty of the restroom and some customers did not respect others who use the restroom after them by not watering and pushing water to clean the toilet.

At this particular Murphy location the price sometimes displayed on a board outside on a sign near the road (not the one on top of gas station but a movable sign is placed near the road) does not reflect the actual price at the pump. Also, price at different Murphy locations are much lower than this particular location.

Just wasn't clean nor tidy. Trash on the ground and no paper towels at the window washing stations.

When other Murphy's prices were lower than this location. The only reason I refueled at this location was I was running low on gas. Also the keyboard was not working on the pump I pulled up to. As new of pumps as are at this location you should not have any issues with the entire unit functioning.

The pump I tried to use was not working when you squeezed the handle and kept cancelling the sale on me. I tried it twice and went to the attendant, who said she was aware it was acting up and told me to just keep trying it should work eventually. I told her it was cancelling the sale and she said...well so just go to another pump, and started talking to the person behind me. She was very rude and obviously doesn't care about customers who I trying to politely notify her of a problem she was evidently aware of but didn't want to bother to stop other customers from having the same issue.

I had to go to another station because your 8802 Beach Blvd Store had issues with the Walmart Gift Card reader. I was given an excuse that it was Walmart's problem not Murphy's. This was the second time in two days I had gone to my regular station and had to drive several miles out of my way and did not get my tank filled as desired. The pumps at the other station looked brand new. There should not have been any issues. As I mentioned previously I did not realize my tank was not full until I had to drive back 1/4 mile to get to an exit and saw that the fuel gauge was not at the full mark. I thought maybe it was just slow but as I drove further away I realized I was short three to four gallons. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Thank you.

Pump was malfunctioning. Did try to get help fro attendant that was inside next to the door. She was not willing to hear what I want to say and directed me to the window. A cashier was present there and she directed me back to the attendant. Finally attendant came to the pump where I explained her that pump was cutting off every few seconds. She asked me to see my card. When I told her that don't seems to be the problem because it was accepted, Her answer was "If you are having an attitude, then you can leave". I told her that all I wanted is to explain. Finally she decided to help by pressing the nozzle lever that started. She did run back right away towards the building while hearing the pump stopping and not willing to help. I had to spend a very long time pressing the nozzle lever hundred of time until was able to put $10 worth of gas. Did go back at the building and asked for her name. She responded "Kya" . I did ask for her last name, she said "just Kya". That was first time getting gas from 6941 Murphy USA located at 11900 Atlantic Blvd. Jacksonville, Fl. 32225. It was the first and is the last time getting gas there, Thank You

The customer in front of me, young black man, was questioned by Theresa regarding his age in purchasing a lottery scratch off, so he politely went to his car and retrieved his i d. She confirmed he was 25+ and proceded to ring him up but she started bickering with the young man (who I observed as polite non threatening responses to her) AND by the way, I do NOT know the young man nor his mother who was with him. The young man asked her politely, "why did you need my I. D., ma'am", that when Theresa got visibly upset and then REFUSED to sell him the ticket although she was in possession of his I. D. She then abruptly gave him back the i.d. He & his mother then stated that they will not be returning to buy anything there! Theresa then began to take my order of 2 pack of cigs and I asked for scratch off, like the one the young man wanted, (I had the idea to try to win a little money, and I always buy my tickets from that Murphy's) She then accused me of buying the ticket for the young man!They drove off. I then told her that I've NEVER met those people before in MY LIFE and besides that not legal! She almost refused my purchases. Im a regular cust there &25yr residence of the area
