I began fueling when attendant shut off all lights and then my pump after 16 cents of fuel. If they were closed the pumps should not have been on along with all lighting. I will be sure to let everyone who I come in contact with know about my experience at this location and recommend they not inconvenience your employees by trying to spend money there.
