The Attendants at my local Murphy USA are some of the sweetest, most helpful people I have ever dealt with. The only derogative comment I could make is you either need to add more windows for customer service or a specific one for lottery ticket purchase and play. Sometimes the line is long and the wait extremely long if someone is purchasing and scratching off tickets.
