By car wash charges more | 9/27/2016
When you press the $10.00 wash, it charges 12.00. The attendant doesn't know how to fix this.

After pumping my gas and paying at the pump, I went to the cashier to buy ice. The cashier rudely stated that there was no ice out there. Since we were outside of a Walmart, and she was wearing the Walmart shirt, I asked if she knew if there was ice inside the store. Again, rudely, she said that she worked at the gas station and didn't know if there was ice at the store. Seeing as though I am staying at my mom's house because my house flooded in Denham Springs, I needed ice for my cooler so that I could work on my house. As well, since I know that she has to get her cash box from inside the store, she could have handled this way better. All she had to do was say that she did not know if there was ice, but that the ice box inside the store was just inside the doors on the left when entering. After loosing everything I own, a little kindness from employees would be nice, even if the stock at the gas station was lacking.

My husband tried using a gift card at 3 different pumps and tried several times at each pump. The pump read the card but did not pump any fuel into my vehicle. But at one point charged 2 cents for leftover fuel but still didn't pump anymore than that.

The attendant was very rude and was worried about the conversation on her ear piece than trying to help customers. I was not greeted, she rolled her eyes when asked a question. This is not the first time this attendant was rude to me or my husband. I go to this gas station on a regular basis to pump gas and get cigarettes. I will continue to go but I will check to see who is working first if I have to go to an attendant. If she is working I will take my business else where that day.
