The cleanliness at the pump where people left gift cards, gas cards could be cleaner. People are just lazy but if an employee would look for the details like that then I would rate it higher.

The pump did not register my 5 cent discount for using my WalMart card. The pump would not clear and begin my transaction. The pump did not print out a receipt although it did spit out a long blank piece of paper.

There were no papertowels available at any of the pumps, so that the customers can check their oil level in their vehicle. Also no squeege or liquid to clean the windsheild at any of the pumps. These are basic services that should be available at all times. When told the attendant in the pay booth that there were no papertowels at any of the pumps and asked for papertowels, she just handed me 2 towels without saying anything. The pump commercials volume is turned up too high-customers shouldn't be subjected to such a high volume. I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of the service at this location. O

SHELL gas was .10 cheaper !!! I wished I would had check price before filling up here!

PUMP NOT PRINTING RECEIPTS AT MOST OF YOUR LOCATIONS IN GALVESTON COUNTY. HAVE TO GO TO ATTENDANT TO RECEIVE A RECEIPT MOST OF THE TIME, SURVEY # 323 464 935 515, 323 458 952 847, 323 443 414 011, AND 323 447 063 459. HAVE TOLD ATTENDANTS EACH TIME, DIFFERENT PUMPS AND LOCATIONS. TOO MUCH TIME SPENT TRYING TO GET A PRINTED RECEIPT.
