we purchased gas; that was fine. then I went to redeem. a survey mini coupon for Dr. pepper.the attendant tried to scan it several times. it would not work with their scanner.they could not type it so I lost the coupon.the attendant had an attitude so I was very dissatisfied.

Stop selling cigarettes and other food at the pump area

All the questions at the pump had to be answered before a could get gas( all6 of them) the I went to get smokes and the attendant didn't know where they were so I told him then I had to ask for a receipt I was not given one

The attendant was no where to be found as I stood at the window for 10 minutes, saying "Hello?" multiple times. I eventually walked around the back to find her. She said she would be with me in a moment and I stood there waiting another 5 minutes.

I have complained to the attendant, nothing they could do. Called 800 number twice. This location I still loose .5 to 2 mpg at the pump. Run the same miles week to week yet at Murphy USA 6890 Arab, AL I have to buy more fuel per mile.

The effective tax rate for the City of Arab is 9%. I bought $3 in product and was charged 34 cents tax. If I continue to see this, I will report overcollection of taxes to the proper authorities.

I was satisfied with my experience. I must have misclicked or there is a technical issue with my response.
