It's a gas station. Pull in and fuel up. What is there to be highly satisfied with?

Too much product at the check out booth. Stuff everywhere; barely enough room to get paid and merchandise from window.

To be highly satisfied I would expect something above and beyond what would reasonably be expected to occur. I was pleased, but it's not what I would deem as highly satisfied. It's simply a matter of semantics and a successful and pleasant purchase of cigarettes will rarely, if ever, rate highly successful to my way of thinking. Although it is definitely not to say there were any shortcomings with the station or attendant either.

They were ready to greet everyone us, and to keep this line moving quickly cause most of your tobacco customers are park along the side of the cashier window, all of those are in vision of every customers coming to the window.

Long waiting time to pay, only one register and two employees. Common sense would be to have two windows and two registers, especially when volume is high.

Great low prices

There are several other places to purchase tobacco products at less expensive prices. Also, the three pack deal advertised was not applied to purchase due to buying two different flavors of Marlboro cigarettes which the attendant failed to inform us of after we stated we wanted the three pack deal.

I had to wait for the cashier to return (she was taking out the trash) but was very friendly. It was very cold and the wind was blowing. Would be helpful to have a little bit of shelter from the cold or head in the summer.

The lot or parking lot needs to be bigger for all the business you all get. For all the traffic it's always an hassel to get around there. Especially when there is impatient people there and people that only care for themselves. Just wished the parking lots could be bigger.
