getting in and out had to wait for pump

I go to this establishment 2-3 times a week but it's gotten less due to 2 reasons. 1-my Walmart debit card doesn't get the $.03 per gallon discount anymore even though signs say it should. 2-They refuse to get the receipt machine on the pump I use all the time fixed so I am not able to get a receipt unless I use another pump.

The diesel pumps should be at an island by themselves so people do not tie them up buying gas.
