Because they no longer carry the quantity of cigarette that my mom buys, she buys 6 cartons a month of Winston ultralight 100's in a box and they can't keep them in stock now because you will not let them order enough

Didn't have my brand of cigs, this is second time in a week.

I buy 4 cartoons of cigarettes each month this month I paid for 4 but only received 3

I went for cigs, and gas. I buy my cigs by the carton and asked them to order me 4 cartons a month. they said ok, this was last month. they never got them in all this month. so I have been buying them by the pack and by the carton one carton at a time some times they don't have any cigs. at all, my brand that is.

I will not be back, my cashier Rachel Frances was extremely rude and interrogating, it is none of her concern why I go there daily even if its just for a soda, any business would love that commitment but she made it sound as if I were there for her although I have came to this gas station for years.

Pump would not pump, when I finally got it to pump it took approximately 5 minutes to pump 15 gallons of gas. When it went to start my truck it didn't want to start and ran very poorly. Several customers were complaining and some left. Notified attendant about the slow pumps and the way my truck was running and she said they had been having trouble.

The main reason I shop Murphy is the ease of paying after fillup. Now the system is tottaly changed with prepay after attempting to pay at pump. I attempted to use the card reader and it failed . I had to go to cashier , guess what a fillup would hold, this is after standing in line, then I pumped the gas ,which of course it would not hold. After this it was back to cashier to get change and wait in line again. I assure you this was my last visit to MURPHY USA, AS I CHOOSE TO VISIT A STATION THAT VALUES THER CUSTOMERS
