I could have bought gas at 3 other locations close to my house - I went to Murphy USA because it USUALLY is quick and easy to get in/out. But, today was a different story. I pumped my gas, went to register to pay with one other man ahead of me but I stood in line for over 10 minutes waiting for the attendants to change shifts. This process should NOT take 10 minutes and customers should NOT have to wait to pay for gas while they talk and do their process.

The gas pumps are extremely slow it took me 15 mins to get less than 10 gallons of gas.

The gas pump was EXTREMELY slow and was out of receipt paper. What is the point of being able to pay at the pump to make thinks quick if you still have to go inside to get a receipt.

Things you must know, It snowed last night, lots of ice, and I am disable. I have been a loyal Murphy USA customer for years. When I arrived I turned my car off & removed my locking gas cap. I inserted my Walmart gift card and the pump read it and told me to remove the nozzle and select the fuel grade, it read the card but it wouldn't allow me to select the fuel. I then went to the booth and asked what was wrong. The girl told me that I might have to move to another pump that the pump doesn't like the cold and I told her I don't either She then returned back to her chair. I then went back to the pump and my gas cap back on & drove down the street and filled up. I felt that the attendant was NOT helpful and didn't care. the time ran out on the survey and I had to start over again. I am sorry that Murphy USA didn't care about me as a customer. I will not be returning and will be telling ALL that I know about the service that I DIDN'T receive. I would like to talk to someone higher up the ladder than the attendant that I dealt with. This the third time that I had to fill out my survey. (Timed out)
