The attendant was not at register but chatting outside the store with someone and then came to get her a drink from the pepsi box before going back in to check me out, after I had already waited at the window for 5minutes for her to get done socializing

I don't believe in rating highly satisfied for service anytime. If I was only patron then maybe but satisfied is great as far as I am concerned
