the area was clean and since it snowed through the night the area was safe and cleaned off, Angela was extremely sympathic as my husband passed away and she was concerned as to how I was doing and extend support as to what she could do and made it clear she would help in any way she could. Thank You

Angela greeted me with a warm smile and inquired the progress of my husband, as she always does, when I told her he had had a massive heart attack she made it clear she want to be informed if there was anything she could do, which is way above and beyond her duties. Thank you Angela for being there
