The attendant inside was very untrained as to redeeming my digital coupon and actually in front of me tried to charge me double and insisted she wasn’t wrong and people were getting antsy to the point I left and she mistakenly redeemed my coupon and I left w/o purchasing anything further and losing my coupon due to her negligence

Large black man asked me for bus ticket money. I said if you need money why do you have energy drink. He said another women at pump got it for him. I bent into my car to give him $ then he started moving closer it frightened me. When I pulled out he was at other pumps asking more women. The person I. Kiosk should make him leave or call police. If I see him next time I will call police. This is dangerous especially for women.

I was satisfied, I may have hit the wrong answer. My only dissatisfication was that it was dirty around the pumps and on the ground

I'm 80 years old and on a fixed income. I purchased a gift card for 25.00 to save a few cents extra per gallon. After pumping my 25.00 gas I realized I had a little over 9 gallons. Attendant stated that even tho I hit the "87" fuel selection, the pump hose had probably hung up on the higher octane button and gave me that fuel at .75 more per gallon. She could only offer me a 5.00 addition to my gas tank. She stated that this has happened to other customers. I was very upset as I am on a fixed budget and a few dollars makes a big difference in my life.

1. Dissatisfied is this correct? Too many "is". 2. On receipt you give the code with spaces but on your survey you want only without spaces. So, it all has to be erased and re-entered. 3. This is the third time that I have been over charged in the last year. I always use regular and I did not push the wrong button; I was charged for the plus price. 39 cents a gallon more. The sign outside said $2.569. I pushed regular and the regular lit up, however, I got UNL PLUS and paid $2869. I got ripped off.
